Requesting a test ride is easy. First, just look for a cargo bike that you want to test ride. Have you found the right cargo bike and an ambassador near you? Create an account and select the date when you’d like to try out the cargo bike. The ambassador will contact you within 48 hours. If the date you selected is not convenient for him/her, you may be able to find another suitable time for a test ride together.

When making the appointment for a test ride, you’ll be in direct contact with the ambassador. The ambassador will let you know the location.

The ambassador will only receive your name and the time when you want to take a test ride. Of course, you’re free to pass on other details if you’d like.

In order to protect both you and the ambassador, it’s important for us to know who has submitted the request for a test ride. We also use your information to ask you about how your test ride went. In addition, you’ll receive a unique, special offer on the purchase of your own Babboe cargo bike.

If you become an ambassador for Babboe, you will receive a free insurance for your cargo bike the first year. Your cargo bike is insured against damage and theft.

In addition to your enthusiasm about your cargo bike, it is nice to tell the test drive applicant everything about your experiences with your Babboe. How do the brakes work, the electrical system and how do you cycle on a Babboe. Of course it is also nice to have the testers take a test drive on your cargo bike.

When making an appointment, indicate that you would like to see identification of the applicant. You can take a photo of a passport, ID or driver's license via your telephone.

It is best to reschedule the appointment. First make an appointment with a mechanic so that your cargo bike functions optimally before you give a test drive.

This is difficult to predict in advance. In our experience, the more actively you promote your status as an ambassador, the more test rides you’ll get.
